For My Grandfather - Riding for ALS in the Land of the Vikings

Remember the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge?

Well, one of our Sigr friends, Maxime from France is planning to create his own ALS challenge, only this time replacing the ice bucket with a bike.

The Challenge

3000km in 30 days. Maxime will be cycling from France, through Germany, then up into Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The goal is to raise money and awareness for research into this most debilitating of diseases.

This is of special significance for Maxime because his Grandfather suffered from the disease for 18 years.

As a tribute to his Grandfather, Maxime will be saddling up his trusty tourer this June and July and setting off into the unknown.

Go go go Maxime!

Sigr is a proud sponsor and will be supplying clothing for this epic adventure.

Follow Maxime's progress on his Instagram and let's all wish him the best of luck!
